WELCOLM TO NORTH QUEENSLAND BRANCH SURF LIFESAVING
North Queensland Branch is the most northern Branch of Surf Life Saving Queensland which was established in 1950. Our Regional Office which is located in Smithfield provides operational and administrative functions to its affiliated Clubs, Local Government, Emergency Services and the Community. The Clubs that are part of our North Queensland Branch consist of South Mission Beach SLSC, Etty Bay SLSC, Cairns SLSC, Ellis Beach SLSC and Port Douglas SLSC.
North Queensland Branch is committed to providing the best possible patrolling and life saving services within our regions. Due to our unique expertise in tropical water safety and marine stinger protection North Queensland Branch have provided many years of experience servicing the public and up holding the Surf Life saving Queensland vision of zero preventable deaths in Queensland waters.
